I am looking at a newer american champion citabria. It does not have the small circular air vent like my 79 model. Can one be added and what does it take? Also can the window be modified to open all the way against the wing and stay there? Currently it just opens a little.

The O 320 A2D in my 79 GCBC has always indicated between 125 and 140 F. According to Lycoming the optimim is 165- 185 . What does anyone else have? How about cht? I have a one probe alcor on the # 3 runs around 320.
