Anyone have a good annual inspection checklist for a 1969 7GCBC?

I need to replace the battery in my GCBC. It had a Gill battery. Anyone have any suggestions, likes/dislikes for a replacement? I have heard good things about Concord.

My GCBC has been sitting for about three weeks. I went to go fly today and the starer motor would run but the bendix would not engage. Does that sound like, a low battery? I was thinking I would get a battery minder to keep the battery charged when I don't fly.

Anyone have any experience with either the new metal spar wing replacement the factory offers or the Milman conversion? Any input as to pros and cons of each one?

Does anyone have any information on how many gallons of fuel equal how many inches in a 7GCBC fuel tank? If i wanted to dip my tanks how could I convert inches to gallons? Suggestions?

I recently purchased a 1969 Citabria GCBC. I have only flown it for a couple hours. The Right tank does not seem to feed even with the left tank. For example, the last time I flew for an hour and the left tank took 5 gallons and the right tank took 2 gallons. Do I have a potential problem?
