Does anyone know why the VNE for 150 HP Decathlons is 180 mph, while the VNE for 180 HP Decathlons is 200 mph? The TCDS A21CE in the first page IO320/AEIO320 engine section says 180 VNE. Then Note 5. AEIO360 section says VNE 200.

Does anyone have the part # for the latches on the cowl oil door on a 1974 and latter Citabria/Decathlon fiberglass cowling. The Hartwell number is on the back side of the latch and is usually covered with paint. Thanks, Bill B

I'm installing a Concord RG-25 XC battery in a 1975 8KCAB Decathlon. Does anyone know if these are in the newer Decathlons from the factory? If so I should only need to update the W&B for the additional 1.5 lbs. correct? And I woldn't need an STC and 337, am I correct? Thanks, Bill Becker
