I'm just finishing up my deal on a new Scout and wanted to know what I should look out for or look into? I"m clueless about this plane other than on my test flight it was funner than a barrel of monkeys! Any advice on what to look for, costs, what you would add or change if you had to do it...

I'm sure it is a nice one, but I really want newer than '99. I'm really not cheap, I just want to get a fair deal. I would consider a used one, but it would have to be equipped as I want or close, less than 250TT and 2003 or newer. Yes, I'm picky also.

I went to a dealer and took a test flight yesterday and I would have to say that is one of the funnest flights I have ever had! We were landing the scout in the mountains in some of the craziest places I've seen. Bob Hannah is a great pilot and his Scout is way cool. It's a little different...
