What are the symptoms of boost pump failure? When priming, it is sluggish (compared to usual) and makes a sound as if it is laboring to work. This is intermittent. I have only tested it a few times, now it is down for annual. Has anyone had a similar experience? Thank you. G.

Hello, the oil temp on my 1978 Decathlon (150 hp) is running about 225 degrees (normal day) to almost redline on a hot day (about 90 degrees plus at cruise). We have cleaned the oil cooler and added a "lip" on the bottom cowl to redirect the air upwards. Has anyone had a similar experience? Any...
