We have a KCAB that develops a back strut shake/vibration on the right wing at full power. Left is solid as a rock. Reduce power and the right settles down. Heard rumors that this is common in Pitts A/C and a wire "Spoiler" on front of strut will settle it down...tried it and it did nothing...
