3 Questions on 7GCBC

I am a few months away from a year of owning a 1974 7GCBC and loving it. I have three questions:

What is the recommended tire pressure for Scott tailwheel with 2.8 x 2.5 tire?

I read an ad for another 7GCBC that said it had a vacuum shutoff to protect gyros during aerobatics, anyone know where to get this?

The interior foam/vinyl liner from pilot seat forward (bulkheads and firewall) needs replacing. American Champion sells replacement set for about $350 while Spruce Aircraft sells for $150. Anyone have experience with the Spruce Aircraft set?

The tailwheel tire should be 40 psi +/- 10 psi.

Cutting off the vacuum will not prevent damage to the gyro bearings the gyro will still be banging against the sops.
