7 series spar ad

its been over a year now ,what are the results ,who is keeping track of all the problems found ect. would like to know if the ad is a waste or if uncovered some real problems? :?:

Bill,

I have completed the wing spar AD on my 1969 7GCAA and we found no corrosion. I elected to put the new inspection panels in my so I can easily check the spar myself.

I had a 7GCAA in which I installed the topside rectangular inspection holes and found no problems. The 7GCBC I have now is in it's 2nd annual since my purchase and the mechanic is nervous about inspection and sign off, even though he did it last year with no apparent problems.
Is the Provision Fibre Optic still available? If I bought one would it make my mechanic feel better? Do I need more holes in the wing? Any comments or advice would be appreciated.
