73 8KCAB part out or sell frame?

My wife has a 73 8KCAB she was restoring ,a few years back we had a hanger fire. The airframe was in a different hanger and was not involved in the fire. But firewall forward and fiberglass parts was in the fire. She has lost intrest in the plane and wants to sell it. We was wondering if we would be better off selling airframe as is or parting it out. We where close to recoving when this happened. We do have logs and data plate but we lost the yellow tags ( in the fire)for the parts that we replaced (forward spars, ribs, gear, and other misc. parts. So we are trying to figure out what to do.

Doug,
I would try to sell it as a complete aircraft. It's value will suffer because of the fire. That year has some unique cowling and the cost of upgrading is quite high. If you part the aircraft many of the items that are not in demand will end up in long term storage before they get tossed out.
