Has anyone had a problem blowing electric boost pump fuse?
I changed fuse and turned pump on and it blew again after
3 seconds.

had this happen several years ago in my 76 8kcab. Found it to be the shaft bearing between the pump body and the electric pump motor was seizing. It's a $10.00 NTN bearing. 1/2 hour to replace. No problems in over 500 hrs.
