8KCAB Operating Costs

I'm leaning towards the purchase of a 150hp/CS 8KCAB Decathlon.

Can someone help me out here with figuring out my operating costs. I need costs associated with the following:

-Prop overhaul cost
-Prop overhaul frequency
-Prop AD inspection cost
-Prop AD inspection frequency

I can't tell you about a Decaf with CS prop, but my butt simple 7ECA has cost a total of $600.00/month since it was purchased 8 years ago. This cost includes everything except reserves and fuel. No debt service as we paid cash.
 
I converted my 8KCAB to fixed pitch, saved weight and lots of $.
Doing aerobatocs I do need to watch the tach, but it has not been a problem for me.
