Adhesive for floor insulation?

The foam sound insulation on the metal floor pan (2005 GCAA) is coming loose from the metal. The fabric that was glued to it is also coming loose. What is a good adhesive to apply to keep them in place?
 
If the assembly is delaminating, you may face a losing battle. The best adhesive I've found is 3M 08090. Most chain automotive stores won't have it. The custom paint and upholstery stores will. It is expensive at $15.00 a can, but it does a lot .........and it works. Dan, from the Cruisair side of the forum
