Aluminum Forming

Around the doorway on my Cruisair there's several pieces of aluminum around the rim. Unfortunately they've seen better days. Does anyone have any advice for forming new ones :?: I can do the straight sections just fine, but the curved pieces have me stumped :?

Spent all day yesterday installing the "Map Box" under the pilot window. Whee. Fun. Or not.
