I had something spill into the aft fuselage of N74233 after I had already recovered it. I had to remove the baggage sling in order to get in there to clean it up. I've never cared for that sling anyway. It makes access to the aft fuselage a real bear. I don't even see it in my parts catalog. Since '233 has the add-on baggage compartment I'd like to just leave the sling out so I can get into the aft fuselage whenever necessary. Has anyone else done this? I don't see how it could make any real difference as far as airworthiness goes, outside of Type Design considerations.
