Battery Manifold (Vent) Assembly Needed

We have a 1972 Citabria in the shop. It has a G-25 (12V) battery in the engine compartment mounted on a tray. I need the mainfold (vent) assembly that fits over the six caps and vents out the bottom of the engine cowl. I can[t find any trough the typical channels (Spruce, Gill, Univair, etc). Can anyone help me out with a part number or the actual part itself? Thanx.
 
I was unable to replace a missing vent and installed a sealed battery. The current production airplanes have them and was advised to do this by ACA.
