Does anyone have any ideas for the uncomfortable seats in the Bellanca 260? Recover? Replace??

It's a personal thing. Personally, I find my 260's seats quite comfortable and it would be difficult to imagine a legal seat swap that would not be heavier.
I once rode in another 260 with Viking seats, that owner was very proud of them - I couldn't get out of it fast enough and would pity anyone that rode in the back.
