I copied this from the FaceBook group.

"While it has been a long time coming to fruition, a group of loyal Bellanca owners (and members of this forum) have concluded the purchase of Alexandria Aircraft, LLC. Mike Redpath, John Lindinger and Rob Swanland are the new principals of the business. A new corporation, Bellanca Aircraft, Inc., was formed and has acquired the Minnesota business affectionately referred to as the Bellanca Factory. This purchase will ensure the continued supply of parts for Vikings, Cruisemasters and to a limited extent the Cruisair models.

Future plans include the relocation of the facility to Oklahoma and an emphasis on providing maintenance and repairs services in addition to a source of parts and technical information. There are no plans to resume production of aircraft as this is not economically viable. However we plan to introduce programs aimed at improving the safety of the aircraft, both from a mechanical and operational perspective.

During the transition, the existing staff at Alexandria Aircraft will continue to be your point of contact for parts requirements and other technical questions. Specific questions about this acquisition may be addressed to rob@bellanca.aero. Please look for more information in the coming weeks with a new website to come online within 4-6 weeks. Thanks for your support as we work to bring new energy to the Bellanca aircraft fleet and owner community.

Rob"
