Bellanca's Golden Age book

Does anyone know why the book Bellanca's Golden Age, one of the "Golden Age" series of aviation books, is not yet available. It was supposed to be available in 2003. The chapter headings are established and the cover art has been selected and it's been advertised for sale for a couple of years now. Curious?
 
I pre-ordered it and was told by the author that it would go to press in February. I guess I should dig up his number....I moved recently and still have some boxes I'm afraid to open :wink:
