Can a window vent be added to left pilot window?

I am looking at a newer american champion citabria. It does not have the small circular air vent like my 79 model. Can one be added and what does it take?

Also can the window be modified to open all the way against the wing and stay there? Currently it just opens a little.
 
All it takes is a hole in the window to install :p

Full opening left side window can be put in with very few parts as long as the airplane is newer than say, 1996 or so. Placard, latch retainer for the wing, and the latch. (plus few screws)
 
I checked the avaiability and price of the parts. Very reasonable from American Champion. I tried flying around with the awning window open and found i actually like it better than the full opening window as it lets in a nice anount of fresh air if you dont mind the addded drag.
I got a Vista Vent from Spruce for 15 bucks. I still like that option for fresh air in the cabin as well.
