Consolidair wheel fenders

I have posted on the National Aeronca Assoc. forum this question as well. No luck so far. I am looking for the installation drawing for the model 17 Consolidair wheel fenders. I beleive it is drawing number 0036. Does anybody have it or know where I can get a copy of it? I have contacted ACA and they do not have it. Thanks
