Both Safe Air Repair and ACA have the "kits".
I believe SAR will give you 10% off if you purchase the kit at Oshkosh, but check to make sure. There is really no difference, except the rudder pedals are of a different shape. Kits are around $1450.
If you currently have heal brakes you will have to have two small brackets welded onto your airframe to hold the new brake assemblys.
I went with the SAR conversion because the pedals were smaller, which allowed me to have easier access to them from the rear seat, in other words my "big" feet did not get as constricted.
All in all the normal prices are pretty close.
