Corrosion on MTV Retention bolts???

Purchasing an 8KCAB with the 3 bladed MTV prop. During the pre-buy, we found corrosion on the prop retention bolts and washers- on a two year old prop. Every bolt and washer. To the point where the mechanic thinks it is a safety issue. This airplane has not been near salt water. Any one else experience this? MTV says there is NO way that there can be corrosion on all the bolts/washers after only two years.
 
Just got off the phone with MT. I guess they are very concerned about this. The guy on the phone indicated they are working with the FAA on this. New bolts are being shipped from Germany. For those with the silverish MT bolts, you may be hearing something. Also, you may want to look at them closely. On this one you can see the corrosion without pulling the cowling or spinner. It is on the forward portion of the bolts and the washers.
