Cruisair - first thing you see at Pima Air and Space Museum

First aircraft you see, walking into the Pima Air and Space Museum in Tucson, is the Blue 14-19-2 in Mexican Livery.

I have seen pics of it on the internet, and saw it in the flesh nearly 10 years ago.

This time I was struck by the number of modifications to the X-ample, I wouldn't notice if I didn't own one.

A modified engine cowl.. similar to the cruismaster, placard says its a Franklin, but looked like a continental to me.
Disc brakes of some kind, strobe on the top of the tail, clear position light in the middle of the rudder, maule tail wheel.

Anyway, the only single engine Gen Av plane on the floor.
