Cruisemaster Tailwheel Fork / Shaft

All,
I sourced a new tailwheel spring from Dan (Thanks Dan!)
I had my machinist take a look at my current tailwheel fork and tube and he is suggesting that I look for a replacement fork.

My current tailwheel fork shaft is worn into an oval shape where it rides the bushing, and so the shaft has a nearly 20 thousandths difference from the top of the shaft (no wear) and the middle of the shaft (bushing wear area).
I'm guessing there are no published limits on the wear, but the current wear makes fitting a bushing properly nearly impossible.

Does anyone happen to have a spare cruisemaster tailwheel fork in newer / unworn shape?
If not, should I just have him try to fab one up?

I believe Robert is going to publish the drawing and parts list for the Cruisair/Cruisemaster tailwheel shock absorber system. This should clear up some questions about what parts are involved.
