Decathlon Brake Reservoir

Hello, just recently completed restoring a 1973 8kcab and what a fun airplane. Question, I'm losing brake fluid from the reservoir via the reservoir vent line. This happens only after inverted flight and then parked for a few days. Apparently there is no check valve is the system? Is this normal? Thanks Mark
 
This is correct. Make sure that you check the resevoir frequently if doing frequent acro manouvers. Fortunately the resevoir is in a easily accesible location right? ;)
