Looks like I get to keep 74392. :)
I'm funded at MSFC NASA until March 2011. If Congress will get off its butt and pass a budget AND give this wandering Space Program some direction, I should be able to get 392 airborne this year. Unfortunately I have to wait until March to see what that month brings before buying into the engine O/H.
So far, MSFC has laid off over 1000 contractors this year.
Despite that, I'm pretty psyched now and am pulling the main gear apart for powder coating/ rebuilding.

Alot of folks here in Houston are sweating over this NASA budget too. NASA really cranks $$$ into the economy which trickles down from the BIG CORPS to the mom and pops. And what really erks me is that the PTB will put our hometown folks out of work and hire the Russians to do the heavy lifting! Cut me a break.
