Does anyone has some sample 14-19-2 weight&balance chart ?

Playing with CG envelope under different loads in excel.
Looks my 14-19-2 is heavily overweighted - 1830 lbs empty.
Because of this I need full aux tank and ballast weight in the tail when flying with 2 persons in front, but have to remove the ballast weight when at least 1 person is on a back seat.

So my questions are:
1. What is your 14-19-2 empty weight ?
2. Could anyone give me some w&b sheets from 14-19-2 to compare with mine ?

Ivan, N9818B as weighted 05/2003. Useful Load: 867, EW: 1833, EWCG: +20.01. These are nose heavy birds so keep the Aux tank full and some crap in the baggage compartment. Lynn the crate

here is mine from june this year. defueled but 10 qts oil in engine.

left main 817 arm 6 moment 4899
right main 796 arm 6 moment 4773
tail 82 arm 186 moment 15252
net wt 1694, arm 14.71 moment 24924

weight adjustments
unusable fuel and fluids wt 25 arm 29 moment 725
ballast weight on battery box wt 7 arm 156 moment 1092
unusable engine oil (9 lbs, weighed oil full) wt -21.6 arm -35 moment 756

corrected empty wt 1704, center of gravity 16.13 useful load 996

i dont have a lot of hours in mine, but i never carry any extra weight anywhere, other than the 7 pounds on the battery box. however i habitually wheel land everything i own. but i have 3 pointed it several times, and it does so very gracefully.

Where have you got those numbers for arms of left/right main and the tail ?
Plane's Handbook I've got with mine does not contain any exact numbers for those arms.
