I just wanted to let other members know that I appreciated the information you shared about stopping in at Platte Valley airport, north of Denver, CO. Stopping there and parking my 'new' 03 Scout there for a week (my class reunion was there, enroute home to AK) was a wonderful experience. Folks helped me out, gave me rides, not to mention the reasonable fuel costs...and the owners found a hangar for me to use, to keep it out of the 90+ heat! It was such a great experience after my bad experience with my purchase just days earlier. Thanks again!
