Have you checked Aircraft Spruce or Chief? These seals are rather universal. They seldom need replacing. Just don't over grease the bearings. The wheel cavity must never be filled, just pack the bearings. The term seal is a mis-nomer. They are dust covers keeping dust and dirt out of the bearings. They never keep the grease from coming out even when brand new.
