Finally, got my Citabria checkout!

Finished my Citabria checkout today, what a blast it is!! I have to say, I am quite happy with the 7ECA and am going to look at one tomorrow!

A blast indeed! The great thing is, after 20 years flying Citabrias I still look forward to that morning flight before work. They never stop being fun. While the higher horsepower versions have more capability, there's no more bang-for-the-buck than a 7ECA. Good clean, cheap fun!

Hi, all --

I'm new here, and I think I'm hooked. I have an older Bonanza, which I love, but after 3500 hours I think I'm ready to simplify my life and transition to something other than "point A to point B" flying.

Mid-life crisis? Maybe. But I'm motivated enough to be looking seriously at 7ECA's and 7GCAA's, for just the reasons stated above.

Thanks for all the good information in this forum, and you'll probably be hearing from me as this journey goes on.
