NC86916 is nearly home. We got to El Paso today and had to call it quits because the turbulence monster was beating us up pretty bad. Will be wheels up at dawn tomorrow for the last two legs to Fort Worth.

Once again, a special thanks to Dan Cullman, Don Torre, George Sparks, Jamie Treat, and all the other kind folks who made this all possible. You took my calls at strange hours, were patient with my lack of experience with the Cruisair, and were generous with good advice. This is what makes general aviation possible. Thank you again!

Here are some pics of the airplane saying goodbye to the Pacific coast. Almost a shame to take her away from that beautiful city.
