Franklin Carb question.

I have a 4-5 model # 10-3148 carb that came off of a 165. I also have a carb of the same number with a -1 at the end of the number. With the 150 Franklin there is a slight difference between the Bellanca carb and the Stinson carb. One is for gravity feed (Stinson) and one is for an engine with a fuel pump (Bellanca). Does anyone know if there is a similar difference with the 165 carb? I have done as much googling as I can figure out and had no results, so I am asking for help. Thanks, ____Grant.

I contacted the manufactures and received the following answer
"...the 10-3148-1 superseded the 10-3148 in 1947.

The -1 version has a more rich overall fuel flow than the 10-3148. "
