Fuel Tank Access Panels for the Wings

I have a 1978 Super D with Fuel Tank Access Panels on top of the Wings (36"x36" aluminum sheets). This was a modification done in '82 to the plane I'm assuming to make it easier to access to the fuel tanks. I have the 337 for it, however, I don't see the manufacturer of the kit listed on it. The 337 says it was field approved. I'm wondering if anyone else has this kit or knows where it comes from. ACA did not know of a kit like this made for the Super D.
 
I suspect this was a one-time field approval. Check your airplane records for the 337 and you may find a drawing on its back. If you don't have it, send for your aircraft records from the FAA ($10 for the CD) at http://aircraft.faa.gov/e.gov/ND/
