Help with gear legs

I need advice on what kind of gear legs to put under my 7GCBC. It got a leg bent in an accident and now I have to find the right kind to put back under it. It had heavy spring steel legs prior to the accident. Does anyone have a part number for the heavy steel 7 series legs? Also what are the advantages/ disadvantages of switching to scout legs or aluminum legs? The plane will see pretty rugged use flying out to remote strips with lots of rocks.

Any help would be appreciated

Ps. I tied to do a search on this subject but could not find the search feature on the forum.

Putting on 'Scout' gear is not as easy as one would think unless you want to fly it to Alaska to Northland Aviation. For one it is a feild approval process. Two you have to drill another hole as the Scout leg is in a different location. Three, the bolts are bigger. There is a guy in Seattle Wa that may do it too. You can contact Rainbow Flying Service out of Moses Lake Wa to find out who that is.
