High Oil Temperature

Hello, the oil temp on my 1978 Decathlon (150 hp) is running about 225 degrees (normal day) to almost redline on a hot day (about 90 degrees plus at cruise). We have cleaned the oil cooler and added a "lip" on the bottom cowl to redirect the air upwards. Has anyone had a similar experience? Any suggestions? Thank you.
 
Check out the thread about six below this. Your answer (and mine) may lay within that one. A very sharp mechanic has said that all flexible baffles go up and forward.
