Not that I know of. Some of the older two retaining tab style can be removed by pushing on the middle until it inverts itself releasing the tension on the tabs. Steen Aero make one that has a single machine screw in the middle which tightens the retaining tabs. However there is small size difference making them difficult to retrofit.
