Unfortunately I'm not in a buying position right now, but I agree that is actually a reasonable price compared to what is out there new. A new 180 hp for t.o., limited to 5 minutes, cubcrafters super lsa cub is $ 175,000.

In my humble opinion (IMHO if you're a texter), the only Cub Crafters product worth looking at is the Top Cub, but the pricing is so woefully arrogant it's not worth wasting another keystroke.

ACA, IMHO, continues to offer across it's entire line the best value in conventional gear product out there, with extraordinarily well coordinated flying characteristics and pilot comfort.

If I was feeling richer, I'd pick up a used 160HP 7GCBC for Chicago so's I could fly it every day like I fly my 180HP High Country in Santa Fe. Maybe after we boot Obama and stop printing money we don't have like it's wallpaper.

Yep, I agree....Cub Crafters is not in touch with reality. They seem to deal more with the "snob" appeal guys. I tried talking to the owner of CC at Oshkosh about the then new Carbon Cub kit. What an arrogant a$$!!! I walked away thinking even if I won the lottery I wouldn't buy a plane from him. Do they make a good plane? Probably....but not worth the money they are wanting.

Jim,

When you are feeling richer I have the plane for you. I am looking to move up to a Decathlon in the future, near or distant, and would like my 7GCBC to go to a good home.
