Oil Filter Adapter

I'm looking for some advise on purchasing an oil filter adapter for a 1970 eca with a 0-235 c1 that I recently purchased. I concerned with clearance issues and performance. I'm getting some conflicting information on fitment and if I should go remote or engine mounted.

I have a '66 with a 235. i went with a casper labs mounted to the engine. you will need a restricter plate, only for the 235, about $15 from casper labs. extremely easy install, just make sure you have that plate or you will not have the oil pressure. you will need to remove the upper cowl for the install and every oil change, but its only a handful of screws.
