Oiling Fuselage Tubes

A queston for Jerry Jr., When you oil the fuselage tubes inside at the factory, where do you drill the holes and what size? Do you weld the holes up or use drive rivets? Thanks for your help, David Johnson PS I think this is an factory option or something, maybe for seaplanes and coastal areas?

Specification CFP-2 (Internal spec)
Basically certain tubes are drilled with a 1/8 inch hole. The spec shows which tubes. The holes are rosette welded shut.
