Call American Champion for the seaplane belly; I know of no other legal solution.

These are installation prints and not the part numbers that you need. They do call out the parts that you need. Call Mandy or Chad in parts 1-800-223-9381 for price on copies of these prints. They will be the core data to your conversion and what is referenced in the log book.
