Can anyone tell me if the Landing Gear/Flap Power Pak the same in a -3 as the one in a -2?

I think they are. The unit is also the same as some piper units. I will try and look at my dads -2 and see if is the same is my -3a.

They are the same. Piper Aztec uses the unit with a different pressure. If you get an Aztec parts break out you can surely fix the Bellanca unit. Lynn the crate

Oh Boy! I've made an Aztec powerpack work in a Cruisemaster! Actually, I used an Aztec powerpack base to repair a Cruisemaster powerpack. The Piper powerpack, as it is configured, will not fit under the seat of the Cruisemaster. It uses a different, taller pressure relief valve from the Cruisemaster version and the short dome of the Cruisemaster powerpack will not fit over it. The base must be machined so the Cruisemaster relief valve can be installed and then the short dome can be installed.
