Primer O-rings

You would think we would know this, but we buy them with the O-rings installed. We just buy them from Wick's.

Called everyone I could think of, and nobody knew the size, so I went online and called the manufacturer. A nice lady there said she just happened to have a couple of them on her desk and she'd be happy to stick them in an envelope and mail them to me. Great service! In case anyone is wondering, though, she didn't know the size either--the company has their own parts numbering system. My other solution was going to be to just take the plunger to the FBO and compare it to his O-Ring stock. Oh well, a simple thing, but it has kept me on the ground for a week.

Take 'em to the FBO? Nah. Take 'em to National Aircraft Parts Association (NAPA). They're lots less expensive.

I did buy a couple rebuild kits for Cleveland master cylinders from Aircraft Spruce, though. They were something like 94 cents each. Each 'kit' is two O-rings.

Sorry I didn't reply sooner--I didn't realize there was another post in this thread. Anyway, the company is Essex, in the St. Louis area. They have a web site--just do a search for "Essex Primer", and it should be at the top of the list.
