I have a '66 7GCBC on oleo gear, fluid level OK, engine mount refurbished, torqued, and equipped with new rubber doughnuts, correct prop, and 8.50X6 tires. The prop clearance is 8" and should be 9". The fuselage attach point has 4 holes-two #6 and 2 #5 and gear is currently attached to the outer holes. Should it be attached to the inner, but smaller holes? Has anybody run into this situation? Any ideas about resolving the problem?
