rear pedals

In a word, no

The rudder cable would have to be extended and run through a pulley in the same spot to be properly routed to the front pedal. If you are putting in a strong pulley and guard at that height, you might as well leave the pedal there. Perhaps remove the rear brake assembly (including pedals) would be the only compromise?

thanks for the reply will put a board across the back of the front seat so as not to allow any thing to get to the pedals i am going to take out the rear seat & stick giving room for golf clubs & baggage
