Seat Attachment

I recently pulled the seats out of my Citabria, unfortunately I did not note the position of the seat frame relative to the attach points on the frame of the A/C. Does the seat frame go outside or inside of the attach points. YES, I know I should have paid more attention.

I recently replaced my back seat. It was installed with the seat frame on the outside of the aircraft attach points. It was a little tight but the seat mounts will go outside of all attachments.

Ha! How many times have I asked myself that question!

I THINK two legs on each seat are inside and two are outside. I just don't remember which, (two fronts or two rears) but I will be over at the hangar tomorrow and will try to remember to look. Mine do fit better one way, but will fit other ways with a bit of pressure.
