I have a student who is interested in purchasing an 8KCAB and we are trying to find the best way of seating her- she is 5'2". We would like to avoid pedal extensions; she has tried platform sneakers but did not like the feel of the rudders. We have tried:
1. Seat chute, normal back cushion. Seemed to work well, but she had problems getting the stick forward all the way while inverted.
2. Back chute- both with the seat back cushion in and out. Cushion out she seemed to slike too much with the chute against the metal seat back. Seat cushion in she really had to pull hard to get full aft stick.
Anyone face this and have suggestions?
