You don't need an STC; get the installation drawing from A.C.A. for their current O-320-B2B engine and you can replace it referencing T.C. data. We had an entire article on this in "More Horsepower for your Citabria" in the October 2001 B-C Contact! (11-4)
From reading various sources my understanding is that if you have your 150 HP overhauled by Lycoming you get back a 160 HP engine because they go from flat to domed pistons (and maybe other items) that raise the compression ratio to perform better with 100LL.
