Strut fairings

I saw a 2003 KCAB with really nice strut fairings where the main strut connects to the wing and also to the fuselage. Does anyone know where I might be able to get my hands on some of those and/or would they be STC'd for my 73'? They really made the lines of those struts look clean, I have the plain (or plane if you like puns....) plastic ones on and nothing covering where they meet the fuselage. Thanks!

In case anyone was wondering those fairings cost $380.00 US clams for all four. You have to use a dremil tool to cut out the holes for your struts, but maybe something to think about to spruce up your old beast...

Cheers-

You can cover the square hole by cutting a piece of plastic window blind to fit inside the hole. Wrap compression springs on the tie down ring to hold the plastic piece against the fairing.
