Tail attachment point of a 1413-2

Interior is in and am attaching the tail feathers so that we can adjust all of the cablers, etc. prior to putting on the cover. Now I have another question: where the tail sections attach, there are four holes. Numbering from top down, they would be one, two, three and four. My tail section will either go into one and three OR two and four. Which are the correct ones?
