Temporary Hangars- Opinions?

I am looking into basing my Cruisair at our Army airfield. Problem is, they don't have hangars yet!
They said a temporary hangar would be acceptable as long as it doesn't infringe on the ramp space.
I found one of these here

My guess is this would have to last 5 years. Anyone have experience with this type of shelter :?:
